By accessing or using ScoreMySite ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ScoreMySite analyzes publicly accessible real estate agent websites and generates SEO and AI visibility scores and reports. Results are based on automated analysis and are provided for informational purposes only.
Scores and recommendations are generated using automated tools and AI models. We do not guarantee that any specific score, recommendation, or action will improve your search engine rankings, lead volume, or business outcomes. Use the information at your own discretion.
You may only scan websites you own or have permission to analyze. You agree not to use the Service to:
Paid reports and Monitor subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes where required. By purchasing, you authorize the applicable charge to your payment method.
The Monitor add-on is a recurring monthly subscription at $7.99 CAD/month. You may cancel at any time via your Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will continue to receive reports until then.
All reports, scores, and content generated by ScoreMySite are owned by ScoreMySite. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use your purchased report for your own business purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScoreMySite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant report or subscription.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
